M.Pharma Admission Schedule 2021
Applications are invited for Admission for M.Pharmacy Courses in all Pharmacy Colleges constituent/Affiliated to Pt. B.D. Sharma UHS, Rohtak for academic session 2021-22.

4. Date & Time of Counseling: To be notified on University website.
5. Venue of Counseling: To be notified on University website.
Eligibility-
1. B.Pharma degree examination of an Indian University established by law in India from an institution approved by Pharmacy Council of India and has scored not less that 55% of the maximum marks (aggregate of four years of B.Pharma).
Provided that:-
a) For candidates having not less than 5 years professional experience, after passing B.Pharm course, there shall be a relaxation in pass percentage from 55% to 50% for admission to M.Pharm programme.
b) There shall be reservation of seats for the students belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other backward Classes in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration, as the case may be, from time to time.
c) For SC/ST candidates the prescribed percentage of marks will be 50% of the maximum marks (aggregate of four years of B.Pharm).
d) Every student, selected for admission to postgraduate pharmacy course in any of the pharmacy institution affiliated to university should have obtained Registration with the State Pharmacy Council or should obtain the same within one month from the date of his admission, failing which the admission of the candidate shall be cancelled.
2. The provisional admission shall be made strictly in order of merit of valid GPAT score, if the seat(s) remain vacant due to non availability of GPAT candidates, these vacant seat(s) shall be offered to Non-GPAT candidate(s) strictly in order of merit based on marks obtained in theory subjects of B.Pharmacy Course obtained from only.
AICTE/PCI approved Institutions at the time of each counseling.

METHOD OF SELECTION & ADMISSION
Counseling
1. The Counseling for admission to M. Pharm. Courses will be held at Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak and merit list of candidates will be notified on University website.
2. The candidates will be required to appear in person before the Counseling Board. No relaxation will be given to the candidates who are unable to appear before the Counseling Board on the dates notified.
Results
Intimation regarding seat allotment can be seen on website of Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak www.uhsr.ac.in. No separate information will be sent.
Method of Admission
(a) The provisional admission shall be made strictly in order of merit of valid GPAT score, if the seat(s) remain vacant due to non availability of GPAT candidates, these vacant seat(s) shall be offered to Non-GPAT candidate(s) strictly in order of merit based on aggregate marks obtained in B. Pharmacy Course obtained from only AICTE/PCI approved Institutions at the time of each counseling.
(b) On the failure of the selected candidates to report for admission within stipulated period failing
which the admission shall automatically cancelled and no correspondence in this regard will be
entertained. The college would not take responsibility of intimating for cancellation of admission.
The vacant seat so created would be filled on or before last date of admission.
(c) A candidate who applies for and qualifies for admission in more than one reserved category will be asked to exercise his/her choice at the time of counseling.
(d) Competition for reserved seats will be amongst the candidates belonging to the categories for which the seats have been reserved. Reserved seats remaining vacant on account of non- availability of eligible candidates would be placed under ‘Open Merit’ seats as per Haryana Govt. Law & Legislative Deptt. notification No. Leg18/2016 dated12.05.2016.
Required Documents-
Application for admission to M. Pharm. course, duly complete in all respects must be accompanied by the following:-
(a) Four copies of the recent photograph (Passport size) self-attested.
(b) Self attested copy of Matriculation /Secondary School Certificate (or its equivalent) showing the date of birth of the candidate.
(c) Self attested copy of Certificates pertaining to the following:
I. Marks sheet of B. Pharm. (all years) or Provisional Pass Certificate of B. Pharm. final year, where marks sheet of final year has not been issued.
II. Certificate of good conduct /character from the Principal/HOD of the institution last attended.
III. Valid GPAT score card.
IV. AICTE/PCI approval letter of the institution for all 4 years of B. Pharmacy.
V. Relevant Category certificates, Income certificate issued by competent authority if applicable
