Eligibility for Sports and School Special Assistant
Educational Qualification- Total Marks 20
i. C.P.Ed. (Certificate for Physical Education)- 15 Marks
ii. Diploma/ Degree in Physical Education- 20 Marks
iii. Degree in any other subject i.e. BA/B.Com/B.Sc./MA/M.Com/M.Sc./MPED- 05 Marks
Socio Economic Condition- 05 Marks
i. Widow/Legally Divorce/Judicial Separated- 05 Marks
ii. Person with Disabilities- 05 Marks
Domicile- 15 Marks
i. Urban Area in Haryana- 10 Marks
ii. Rural Area in Haryana- 15 Marks
Experience in Physical Training- 60 Marks
i. Education Department or Sport Department of Haryana- 60 Marks (6 Marks per year)
ii. Government Organization other than Education and Sports Dept.- 40 Marks (4 Marks every year)
iii. Private Organization- 10 Marks ( Mark every year)
Important Instructions for filling application form-
For filling fresh application, you need to fill all mandatory fields and also other information for which you want to claim weightage.
In case you have already applied the post (during Oct-2020), you need not apply afresh, your available data will be shown in the application, however you need to verify your data and fill other information for which you want to claim weightage.
All new and existing applicants need to fill all district choices in order of preference for posting
After filling complete information and district preferences, you need to upload your latest passport size photograph, signature and Aadhaar Card. In addition you also need to upload all valid documents in support of information for which you wants to claim weightage.
After uploading all requisite documents, you will be redirected to Main Page of the portal and can Final Submit your application.
After filling application, review it carefully before final submission. Although edit option will be available but candidates are advised to use it sparingly. Please do not use edit option repeatedly.
You can take final printout of application only after closing date.
You are advised to fill complete & correct information and also upload valid supporting documents. All the information and documents will be verified by the Department through Document Verification Committee (DVC).
