National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the Central Universities –Common Entrance Test (CU-CET) 2021 for admission to the Integrated/Under-Graduate (UI) and Post-Graduation (PG) Programmes of 12 Central Universities for the academic session 2021-22 in CBT mode, as per details given below.

What is CUCET?
CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES COMMON ENTRANCE TEST (CUCET) is an entrance test for admission to different programmes of 12 Central Universities i.e.

Note-
An applicant can apply for three Test Papers by paying application fee as mentioned above.
An applicant can further apply for additional Test Papers by paying application fees Rs. 200/- (Gen/OBC/EWS applicants) or Rs. 75/- (SC/ST/Transgender applicants) per Test Paper for PG Programmes.

Pattern of PG Question Papers
The pattern of question papers will comprise Multiple Choice Questions in the following areas as given below.

Admit Card for the Examinations
The Admit Card will be issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to their satisfying the eligibility conditions.
The candidate has to download the Admit Card from the NTA website and appear for the Examination at the given Centre on Date, timing and Examination as indicated in their Admit Card.
No candidate will be allowed to appear at the Examination centre, on Date and timing other than that allotted to them in their Admit Card.
In case candidates are unable to download Admit Cards from the website, they may approach the Help Line between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm or write to NTA at cucet@nta.ac.in
The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the Admit Card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the Examination.
In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph and signatures shown in the Admit Card and Confirmation Page, the candidate may immediately approach the Helpline between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. In such cases, candidates would appear in the Examination with the already downloaded Admit Card. However, NTA will take necessary action to make correction in the record later.

Last Date Extended-
The Central Universities – Common Entrance Test (CU-CET) 2021 for Academic Session 2021-22 will be conducted throughout the country on 15 September, 16 September, 23 September and 24 September 2021 through the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has decided to add 02 more Cities of Examination Centre for CU-CET 2021:
1.Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar
2.Kasaragod, Kerala
Those candidates who have already submitted their application forms can edit the city of Examination Centre when the correction period is open. The NTA will make efforts to allot city of examination to the candidates as opted by them. Allotment of seat will be based on capacity and also if adequate number of candidates have opted for the city. However, if very few students have opted for a test centre, a different city will be allotted based on the correspondence address given by the candidate in their Application Form, and the decision of the NTA regarding allotment of Centre City shall be final.
The last date for submission of online forms is being extended upto 05 September 2021 (upto 11:50 pm).
Revised schedule will be as follows:
i. Last date for submission of online applications- 05 September 2021 (upto 11:50 pm)
ii. Last date for payment of fee online and Correction in the particulars(online only)- 06 September 2021 (upto 11:50 pm)
The candidates are advised to undertake the correction(s) very carefully at the time when NTA opens the correction window, as no further chance of correction will be provided to the candidates.
