Result and online Scrutiny Of Documents for the post of Clerk For Various Department/Corporation/Boards Haryana Against Advt. No. 05/2019, Cat No. 01
HSSC has notified that In continuation of earlier notice dated 18.12.2019 and 06.02.2020 and on the basis of written examination held on 21.09.2019, 22.09.2019 and 23.09.2019 for the post of Clerk For Various Boards/Corporations/Departments, Haryana Against Advt. No. 05/2019, Cat No. 01 the candidates bearing following Roll Nos. have been shortlited for Scrutiny of Documents to be carried out online to ascertain eligible candidates (ESP Category) and further subject to the fulfillment of their eligibility conditions as per advertisement and service rules.
Scrutiny of Documents
The Scrutiny of Documents of the above candidates will be held online from 05.08.2020 to 07.08.2020.
The candidates shall fill the scrutiny form online and upload all the required documents with scrutiny form from 05.08.2020 to 07.08.2020 after which link will be disabled.
2. The candidates are not required to physically appear/present in office of Commission with documents as the scrutiny will be carried out online only and no documents will be taken through offline mode/manually.
3. In case a candidate does not fill & upload the documents online for Scrutiny of Documents , no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
4. The link for applying Scrutiny online will be made available on website of Commission.

Filling of Department Preference for the post of Clerk Advt. 5/2019 Cat. 01
It is notified by the HSSC for the information of the candidates who have appeared for scrutiny of documents to fill their preference of Departments online w.e.f. 04.08.2020 to 06.08.2020. It is mandatory for the candidates to fill the preferences through online mode.

How to Fill Preferences-
Candidates shall use the same login Id and password as was used for downloading admit cards for written examination for the post of clerk.
