IIHS/ University College Kurukshetra Admissions 2020 Schedule, Courses & Eligibility

Candidates have to apply online on the IIHS website www.iihskuk.in for admission to all the courses/streams. The Last date for submission of Online Application form for all the courses/streams: 12 August 2020 upto 23:59 hrs.

ADMISSION SCHEDULE 

First, Second, Third and Final lists of all the courses/streams will be displayed as per the following schedule:

i. Display of First Merit List- 19.08.2020 at 11:00 hrs.

ii. Fee/dues Deposited upto- 22.08.2020 

iii. Display of Second List (if seats remain vacant)- 26.08.2020 at 11:00 hrs

iv. Fee/dues Deposited upto- 29.08.2020 

v. Display of Third List (if seats remain vacant)- 02.09.2020 at 11:00 hrs

vi. Fee/dues Deposited upto- 05.09.2020 

vii. Display of Final List (if seats remain vacant)- 15.09.2020 at 11:00 hrs.

viii. Fee/dues Deposited upto- 17.09.2020

ix. Display of Additional/Supernumerary Seats list : 15.09.2020 at 11:00 hrs. 

x. Fee/dues Deposited upto- 17.09.2020

Note-

i. Additional/Supernumerary Seats: All additional/supernumerary seats will be filled up on the day of Final list.

ii. The Institute can change the important dates and schedule of display of merit list etc. due to COVID-19 Pandemic without any prior notice. The changed schedule, if any, will be notified separately. The changed schedule will be uploaded on the Institute website. The candidates are requested to remain in touch with the Institute website regularly. 

SCHEDULE OF DATES FOR ADMISSION (WITH OR WITHOUT LATE FEE) 

Schedule of Dates for Admission will be observed as under: 

(1) For all courses/streams: 

(i) Normal admission in All the courses/streams without late fee- 19.08.2020 to 17.09.2020 

(ii) Admission with late fee of Rs.500/- 18.09.2020 to 24.09.2020 

(iii) Admission with late fee of Rs.1000/- 25.09.2020 to 30.09.2020 

(iv) Last cut off date for admission is 30.09.2020 and no admission will be made thereafter.

Important Instructions for Admission-

*You must have valid Phone number and Adhaar card for registration and filling form.

*First CREATE account with Phone number using SIGN UP and then use LOGIN to Fill form. After reading instructions click on "Students Details form" or START

*Before Filling Form keep photograph, DOB, XII DMC,Caste certificate(if reserved) and Income proof certifcate (if BC or EWS) OR Any other relevant certifcate ready in softcopy in image format

*Please submit complete and accurate information for online admission.

*It is responsibility of student to fill all details clearly and correctly. Any wrong information or misleading information may lead to cancellation of admission also.

*Qualifying marks must be filled correctly. Merit will be based on this and if any misleadig or wrong information is found,even on later stages, Admission may be cancelled .

*Prospectus Fees is Rs 300/- for General category and Rs 75/- for Reserved category.

For All students seeking admission in B.A or B.A Vocational

If you apply in both streams your Prospectus fees will be Rs 300 + 100 = Rs 400/- for General and Rs 75+25 = Rs 100/- for Reserved Category

For B.A; Please Enter two compulsory subjects as Hindi and English and then Enter any two of your choice (Do refer to Prospectus for Combinations)

For B.A Vocational Please Enter Three subjects as compulsory as Hindi, English and Tourism. Enter Fourth from List provided in Prospectus.

For BCA , BTM and B.Sc Home Science

For BCA and B.Sc home Science, BTM ; Please enter ‘ALL’ for subject preferences. Do not write N.A.

For M.Sc Seekers and Honours students

In Case of students applying for M.Sc : In Subject Preferences please enter your stream like ; Engineering Physics or Biotech or Economics . S'larly Hons stdudents fill their Subject like English Or Music etc. You need to fill separate form for each stream and separate prospectus Fees.

For Non Medical And Medical Seekers

Each additional option will add Rs. 100/- for General and Rs. 25/- for Reserved [In Non medical you can add 9 options and in Medical 3]

Example : if you Fill first option as “ Phy Chem Math” and then add “Phy Comp Math“ and then “Math Stat Comp”. Prospectus Fees is:

For General : 300 + 100 + 100 = 500/- For Reserved : 75 + 25 + 25 = 125/-

Same is case for Medical students

Fill only those options where you are sure to seek admission. Also make it sure you fill options as per your preferences.

[ After final submission you will not be able to change options]

After Completing your Form, PAY the PROSPECTUS FEES in Bank Form by clicking on PAYFEES button after that upload your BANK receipt by clicking on "Add receipt button".

For reserved Categories Attach certificate of CASTE and also INCOME proof for BC and EWS category.

Other relevant certificates like NCC/NSS/EXSM/PH/Sports/Character etc should also be uploaded.

Instructions for applying for Final List and Additional /Supernumerary Seats

I. For Applicants whose application forms are complete in all respect and who had already submitted it by the due date i.e 12 August. 2020.

(a) The Applicants who were shortlisted in First, Second & Third Merit lists but did not remit their admission fee shall have to apply for the final list and will have to pay Rs. 300/- extra as fee for the Final List. 

(b) The Applicants who had applied by the due date i.e.12 Aug. 2020 but were not shortlisted in First, Second & Third Merit lists have NO NEED TO PAY Rs.300/- extra as fee for Final List. 

II. For Fresh Applicants : 

(a) All Fresh applicants for various courses/streams will have to pay the Applications Processing Fee as per the guidelines given in the Prospectus of the Institute at Page no 2. 

(b) In addition to the above mentioned point all the fresh applicants will have to pay Rs. 300/- as extra fee for Final List. 

(c ) Applicants who had already submitted their application forms by due date i.e. 12 Aug.2020 but were incomplete in any respect. , can now apply as fresh applicants. 

III. Additional/Supernumerary Seats: 

(a) Candidate who have already applied by the due date i.e. 12 August, 2020 can compete for additional/ supernumerary seats. 

(b) The candidate should apply separately with all the relevant documents claiming the additional / supernumerary seats. 

(c) No fresh application Processing fee and fee for final list is required to be paid by the applicant who is competing for Sports/NCC/NSS/Kashmiri Migrants & Kashmiri Non-Migrants Categories. 

NOTE: 

All the applicants should carefully go through all the instructions/ information given in the Prospectus of the Institute before submitting their Application forms.

FOR APPLYING ONLINE:

Before Filling Form keep highest Sports achievements (maximum 5) certificates of preceeding Three Years only, ready in softcopy in image format.

For Kashmiri Migrants and Kashmiri Non migrants relevant one certificate for claiming benefit should be uploaded.

For NCC/NSS relevant (MAX 2) certificates should be uploaded.
