Result of Written Examination and Notice to candidates for Scrutiny of Documents-cum-PMT and PST for the Post of Forester of Forest Department Against Advt. No. 12/2015, Cat No. 12
HSSC has notified that on the basis of Written Examination held on 15.10.2017 for the Post of Forester, Forest Department, against Advt No 12/2015 Cat 12, the candidates bearing following Roll Nos. have been called for Scrutiny- of Documents cum-PMT and PST provisionally before interview and further subject to the fulfillment of their eligibility conditions as per respective advertisement and service rules.
Scrutiny of Documents-cum-PMT
The Scrutiny of Documents-cum-PMT of the above candidates will be held from 30.01.2019 to 31.01.2019 and PST from 01.02.2019 to 02.02.2019.
The candidates are advised to report at 07.30 A.M. in Forest Training Copmlex, Pinjore, Panchkula for PMT and in Jalla Police Barrier/Naka, Near Burj Kotia, Crasher Zone,Chandimandir, Disst. Panchkula for PST as per date given on admit Card.
They are also directed to bring all original documents, set of self attested copies of all documents, one ID Proof and copy of downloaded application form for Scutiny of Documents.
Admit Card-
The candidates are advised to download the Admit Card for Scrutiny of Documents-cum-PMT and PST from the website of the Commission on/after 27.01.2019
In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of Documents-cum-PMT and PST, he/she will not be considered for Viva-Voce/interview and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
It is important to note that after the scrutiny of documents,PMT and PST, if a candidate is found eligible it will not confer any right of interview and candidates only falling within twice the number of vacancies shall be called for interview
