Final Result for the post of PGT Geography (Rest of Haryana) For School Education Department, Haryana Against Advt. No. 4/2015, Cat No. 06
HSSC has notified that on the basis of Written Examination, Scrutiny of Documents and Interview / Viva-Voce for the post of PGT GEOGRAPHY (REST OF HARYANA), School Education Department,Haryana Against Advt. No.04/2015 , Category No.06, the Commission has finalised and declared the result. The result has been shown Roll No. wise and category wise and the marks secured by the Iast selected candidate in each category have been shown in the bracket.
Note:-
The result of Roll Nos.40600405, 40600805, 40600928, 40601119, 40601287, 40601441, 40601572, 40601617 and 40603177 have been kept in sealed cover in compliance of Hon'ble High Court order passed in CWP No.25996/2018 , 25514/2018 , 22946/2018 , 25705/2018 , 25703/2018 , 25689/2018 , 26002/2018 , 25716/2018 and 25703/2018. This result is further subject to pending litigation before any court of law including SLP (C) Nos. 25184-25214/2018 titled as Haryana Staff Selection Commission etc. V/S Priyanka & Others.
2.In view of above mentioned CWPs pending in Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court relating to the post of PGT Geography (Rest of Haryana) , 05 General , 01 BCA and 01 BCB category Posts have been kept vacant.
3.Waiting list has been prepared in view of Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana Instructions issued vide letter No. 42/02/2017-2GSI dated 18.09.2018. 4.The result of SBC/BC(C) category has been withheld as per letter No. 42/187/2015-5GSI Dated:25.08.2016 issued by Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana in view of directions of the Hon'ble High Court that no appointments in service shall be made on the basis of the provision of the Haryana Backward Classes (Reservation in services and admissions in educational insitutions) Act 2016 to the castes mentioned in schedule-III i.e. Backward Class Block 'C'. The SBC/BC(C) Category candidates, except those who have availed the benefit of age relaxation,have been considered against general vacancies
