All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi on behalf of AIIMS Bhopal, Jodhpur, Patna and Raipur invites Online Registration for the post of Nursing Officer (Staff Nurse-Grade-II)- Group ‘B’ on Direct Recruitment Basis in the Level 07 in the Pay Matrix (pre-revised Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade pay of Rs. 4600/-) for the following posts.

Essential Qualification:-
1. i) B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University;
OR
B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University;
(ii) Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State / Indian Nursing Council
OR
2. (i) Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute / Board or Council;
(ii) Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State / Indian Nursing Council; (iii) Two years experience in a minimum 50 bedded Hospital after acquiring the educational qualification mentioned above.
APPLICATION FEES:-
i) General / OBC Candidates - Rs.1500 /-
ii) SC/ST Candidates - Rs. 1200/-
iii) Persons with Benchmark Disabilities - NIL (Exempted)
AGE LIMIT:-
21- 30 years (Not Exceeding 30 years)
i) Upper age limit shall be determined as on last date of closing of Registration Form i.e. 29.10.2018.
ii) Age relaxation will not be provided to SC/ST/OBC category candidates who are considered for Unreserved post on merit.
However age relaxation will be given as per norms.

REVISED DATE OF EXAMINATION FOR RECRUITMENT OF NURSING OFFICER-2018 OF AIIMS BHOPAL, JODHPUR, PATNA AND RAIPUR
AIIMS has notified that the Advertisement No. 78/2018 dated 27.09.2018 published in leading newspapers and subsequent Notice No. 82/2018 dated 12.10.2018 uploaded on website regarding date of commencement of Recruitment Examination for the post of Nursing Officer of AIIMS, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Patna and Raipur. Due to the announcement of Election in Rajasthan and Telangana by the Central Election Commission the date of Recruitment Examination for the above post has been rescheduled as follows:

Schedule-
Date of uploading of Admit Card- Friday 28th December, 2018
Date of Recruitment Examination- Monday 07th January, 2019
Tentative date of declaration of result- Friday 18th January, 2019
Timing & Duration of Examination
09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. The duration of the examination shall be 3 hrs. (180 minutes)
Scheme of Examination
1. 200 MCQs of 200 marks with four alternatives for each question. (180 MCQs related to subject, 20 MCQs related to General Knowledge & Aptitude)
2. There will be negative marking of 1/3 marks for each wrong answer.
3. The qualifying marks in Recruitment Examination will be 50% for UR, 45% for OBC and 40% for SC & ST.
Syllabus of Examination
The syllabus will be in accordance with education qualification and experience as mentioned in the advertisement.
Resolution of Tie Cases
In cases where more than one candidate secures equal MARKS, tie will be resolved
(i) First by using date of birth with older candidates placed higher
(ii)If not resolved by (i), number of wrong answers / negative marks will be used wherein those with less wrong answers / negative marks will be placed higher
