Eligibility Criteria-
For Clerk-
(i) Graduate with at least 50% marks from any recognized University/ College.
(ii) Valid Certificate of passing State Eligibility Test in Computer Application and Applications (SETC)
OR
BCA/ MCA/B.Tech/ M.Tech in in computer from recognized University/ College
OR
Diploma in computer from Govt. Polytechnic, HKCL, HARTRON, DOEACC/ NIELIT etc.
OR
Have done a course in computers from any other reputed institute/ agency authorized by government.
(iii) Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit upto matric.
Note-
Matric pass Ex-serviceman can also apply, if they have served at least 15 years in defence service.
For Steno-Typist-
(i) Graduate with at least 50% marks from any recognized University/ College.
(ii) English Short Hand Speed at the speed of 80 word per minute and transcription thereof at the speed 15 word per minute on computer.
(iii) Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit upto matric.
Note-
Matric pass Ex-serviceman can also apply, if they have served at least 15 years in defence service.
For Lab Assistant-
(i) Bachelor degree in science with at least 50% marks from any recognized University/ College.
(ii) (iii) Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit upto matric.

For All General Male Candidates and Females of other States- Rs.600/-
For Female of Haryana State only- Rs.300/-
For Male SC/ BCA /BCB of Haryana State only- Rs.150/-
For Female SC/ BCA /BCB of Haryana State only- Rs.75/-
Note-
The post advertised earlier vide Advt. No. 1/2015 by the University, no recruitment process could be initiated against these posts and the same are hereby cancelled. The candidates should apply afresh. Application fee will be refunded on demand by the university.
