ANM, GNM & MPHW(M) Admissions 2018 Schedule, Eligibility, Seats, Fess, Admission Process & Counselling
State Government shall be conducting Online Centralized Combined Counselling for admission to ANM/ GNM/ MPHW(M) courses in Government/ Private Nursing Schools in the State of Haryana for the Academic Session 2018-19.
The detailed process explaining the procedure for admission to has been notified by the State Government dated 30.08.2018 and can be downloaded from the website i.e. www.dmerharyana.org.
All the eligible candidates are required to register themselves online through web portal of Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (H KCL)-www.hrynursingadmissions.com
The schedule of the counseling is as under:
1st Round of admissions
i. Registration on the online web portal- 17 .09.2018 (9:00 AM) To 25.09.2018
ii. Display of Merit List- 28.09.2018
iii. Preference locking/Choice filling of lnstitution/course by the candidates for the 1st round of counseling- 29.09.2018 (09:00 AM) To 01.10.2018
iv. Online allotment of the Institution/course (Provisional)- 05.10.2018
v. Document verification of eligibility and original documents and last date of joining the institutes and Fee Deposition= 06.10.2018 To 08.10.2018
2nd Round of admissions
i. Declaration of Vacancy by the Institutes- 09.10.2018 to 11 .10.2018
ii. Display of Vacant seats- 12.10.2018
iii. Preference locking/Choice filling of Institution/course by the candidates for the 2nd round of counseling- 13.10.2018 (09:00 AM) To 14.10.2018 (11:59 PM)
iv. Online allotment of the Institution/course (Provisional)- 16.10.2018
v. Document verification of eligibility and original documents and last date of joining the institutes and Fee Deposition- 17.10.2018 to 19.10.2018
vi. Declaration of Vacancy by the Institutes and Display of Vacant seats for the Mop Up round- 22.10.2018
Mop Up Round
i. Opening of the portal for fresh registration for mop up round of counseling 15.10.2018 to 20.10.2018
ii. Display of merit list for mop up round- 23.10.2018
iii. Forwarding the list of students in order of merit to the colleges- 25.10.2018
iv. Last date of Joining 30.10.2018
Eligibility Criteria:
Age-
MPHW(M) Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years on or before 31st December 2018. There is no age bar for ANM/LHV courses.
Minimum Education-
For GNM
10+2 class passed preferably Science (PCB) & English with aggregate of 40% marks. 10+2 in Arts (Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy) and English Core/English Elective or Health care Science - Vocational stream ONLY, passing out from recognized Board under AISSCE/ CBSE/ ICSE/ SSCE/ HSCE or other equivalent Board with 40% marks.
10+2 vocational ANM under CBSE board or other equivalent Board with 40% marks
Registered as ANM with state Nursing Registration council.
Student shall be medically fit.
Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or science examination or Health care science Vocational stream ONLY conducted by National Institute of open school with 40% marks.
For ANM
Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and December 2018.
The minimum educational requirements shall be 10+2 in Arts (Mathematics, physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, psychology, and philosophy) and English Core/English Elective or Science or Health care Science - vocational stream ONLY passing out from recognized Board.
Student shall be medically fit.
Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination conducted by National Institute of Open School.
For MPHW(M)
l0+2 with any stream.
Minimum age for admission will be 17 and maximum age limit will be 35 years as on 31.12.2018.
Admission Procedure-
Admission will be made through online centralized counselling from the list of registered candidates on the web portal as per merit.
(i) The merit will be drawn separately for the candidates having passed the different qualifying exam as shown above.
(ii) Preference will be given to candidates in following order:-
For GNM
Candidates with Science subjects Physics, Chemistry & Biology) in qualiffing exam.
Registered as ANM with state Nurses Registration council,
10+2 vocational ANM under CBSE Board or other equivalent from the School and recognized by Indian Nursing Council with 40%marks.
10+2 with Arts
Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science Examination or Health Care Science Vocational stream only conducted by National Institute of Open School with 40% marks.
For ANM
10+2 in Arts (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Bio-technology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studiei, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology and Philosophy) and English Core/English elective or Science or Health Care Science-vocational stream only passing out from recognized Board.
Students qualified in l0+i) in Arts or Science Examination conducted by National Institute of Open School.
For MPHW (M)
10+2 with science subjects Physics, chemistry & Biology) in qualifing exam.
(iii) The choice of the course/institution exercised by the candidate at the time of online counselling will be considered final.
(iv) The allotment of the school (no separate letter shall be sent) shall be made strictly as per merit and the choice/preference of the school nieA up by the candidate on the online portal.
(v) Personal appearance of the candidates with all original documents shall be compulsory at the time of reporting at the institute. Attested photocopies of certificates/documents will not be considered valid for the purpose of admission.
Registration Fee-
The Registration cum Counselling Fee shall be as under
Rs. 1000/- for Unreserved Category.
Rs. 750/- for BC-A & BC-B of Haryana, PH, FF, ESM Category.
Rs.500/- for SC/ST Category of Haryana
Course Fee-
Fee structure as under will only be charged for the entire course by the institute.
ANM- Rs 1,37,800/-
GNM- Rs 1,98,200/-
MPHW(M)- Rs,94,000/-
