Recruitment for the post of Assistant District Attorney (ADA) (Group-B) Schedule, Eligibility, Syllabus, Admit Card, Answer Key & Result
Haryana Public Service Commission has notified that in partial modification of Advertisement 2/2017 dated 09.05.2017 vide which the applications were invited for the post of "Assistant District Attorney (Group-B) in Prosecution Department, Haryana, it is hereby announced for general information of the candidates that the number of posts for recruitment to the posts of Assistant District Attorney (Group B) in Prosecution Department, Haryana have been increased from 180 to 190 as intimated by the Department vide its letter No. 2612/2002-lJJ-1 dated 24.04.2018-

Key Dates-
Apply through online mode upto 06-July-2018 upto 5:00 PM.
Closing date for depositing fees in any branch of SBI is 10-July-2018.
The determination of age & educational qualification etc. will be determined as on 06-July-2018.
However, the candidates who had applied earlier in response to Advertisement No.2l20I7 need not to apply again, their previous applications shall be considered and their age and qualification etc. will be determined as per previous advertisement i.e. 212017, if found otherwise eligible.
Essential Qualifications:-
(i) Degree of Bachelor of Laws (Professional) of a recognized University.
(ii) Should have enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council.
(iii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard or higher.
Scale of Pay :
Pay band -2 -9300-34800+ Rs. 4600/- Grade Pay + 200 Special Pay.
Age :
A Candidate should not below 21 years and not more than 42 years of age as on Closing date. Relaxation as per norms will be admissible.
Application Fees :
The online application fees which is payable at all branches of and State Bank of India, is as under :-
1. (i) For Male Candidates of General Category including Dependent Sons of Ex-Servicemen of Haryana- 500
(ii) For Male candidates of all reserved categories of other States- Rs. 500/-
2. For Female candidates of all (General and Reserved) categories of all states-Rs. 125/-
3. For Male candidates of SC/ BC/ EBP Gen./ESM categories of Haryana only- Rs. 125/-
4. For all Physically Handicapped candidates (with at least 40% disability) categories of Haryana only- Nil
Note:-
(i) Candidates are advised not to send the hard copy of the application form.If any candidate sends the hard copy of the application form the same will not be entertained. The candidates are advised/directed to retain the printed/hard copies of their online application form with them so that they should not face any problem in sending the hard copy to the Commission as and when required by the Commission at later stage within the specified period. This would be required from only those candidates who qualify for the interview.
(ii) It is also clarified that the candidates who had made online application earlier in response to the advertisement, generated the challan but failed to deposit the fees with in stipulated period are required to apply afresh and their age & educational qualification will be determined as per the corrigendum.
(iii) The relevant Service Rules i.e. Haryana State Prosecution Legal Service (Group-B) Rules 2001 are available at the web-site i.e. www.prosecutionhry.gov.in
(iv) The eligibility of Etigible Sports Persons of I{aryana (ESP) will be determined as per policy notified by the Government of Ilaryana vide notification No.04/40/2017-4SYA dated 25.05.2018. Which is available *on the site of Chief Secretary to Govt. Haryana.

Exam Schedule for ADA Recruitment
Commission has decided to conduct Recruitment/ Screening Test for the posts of Assistant District Attorney on 19.08.2018 (Sunday) in various educational institutions situated at chandigarh and Panchkula as per schedule given below:-
1 Assistant District Attorney- 19.08.2018 (Sunday)
Time- 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon
Admit Card for ADA-
The Admit Cards and Instruction to Candidates for the aforesaid Test will be available on Commission's website from 06.08.2018. The candidates can download the same from the Commission's website.
No separate admit card will be sent to the candidates by the Commission through post/Courier.

Rectification-
The candidates who find any error in the Name, Father's Name, Category, Date of Birth etc. in their admit cards, can contact the Commission's office "in person or on telephone No. 0172-2560754 or mail at hpsccorrections@gmail.com upto 16.08.2018" for necessary rectifications in the Admit Card.
Rectification will only be carried out strictly in accordance with the entries made by the candidates in his/her online application forms. Any type of rectification in the admit cards will not be carried out after 16.08.2018 by the Commission.
