HPSC Recruitment of DIPRO in Information and Public Relations Department, Haryana
In partial modification of HPSC Advertisement No. 2 (7) of 2015 Dated 10.09.2015 vide which the application were invited for the posts of District Information & Public Relations Officer, Class-II (Group-B) in Information and Public Relations Department, Haryana. HPSC has announced that on receipt of additional requisition of District Information & Public Relations Officer, the number of posts have been increased from 08 to 10.
The revised classification of category wise posts is as under:-
General- 06
SC of Haryana- 02
BC of Haryana- 01
ESM of Haryana- 01
Total- 10
Key Dates-
Candidates who wish to apply now against the new classification of posts can apply through online mode from 12.04,2018 to 26.04.2018 upto 5.00 P.M.
Closing date for depositing fees in any branch of State Bank of India is 30.04.2018.
The determination of age & educational qualification etc. will be determined as on 26.04.2018 (Closing date).
However, the candidates who had applied earlier in response to Advertisement No. 2 (7) of 2015 need not to apply again, their previous applications shall be considered and their age will be determined as per previous advertisement i.e.2 (7) of 2015. If found otherwise eligible if anyone who wants to make any change in category, qualification, contact No. & address he/she has to login the Commission's website. This option is only for the applicants who had earlier applied in pursuance of Advt. No. 2 (7) of 2015.
Note:
(i) candidates are advised not to send the hard copy of the application form. If any candidates send the hard copy of the application form the same will not be entertained
(ii) It is also clarified that the candidates who had made online application earlier in response to the advertisement, generated the challan but failed to deposit the fees with in stipulated period are required to apply afresh and their age & educational qualification will be determined as per the corrigendum.
(iii) The post shall be governed by Haryana Public Relations Department (Group-B) Service Rules 1997 as notified vide no. G.S.R.62/Const./Art.309197 dated 31.01-1997

Now the commission has decided to seek the hard of online application form. Therefore the candidates who have applied as per corrigendum dated 09.04.2018 are hereby directed to submit the Hard Copies of their online application forms along with self attested copies of their documents as claimed in the online application to THE SECRETARY, HARYANA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, Bays No. 1-10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula (Haryana) through registered post or personal delivery upto 06.08.2018 5.00 PM.
Note- Candidates who have already submitted the hard copies as per advertisement no. 2(7) of 2015 are advised not to send the hard copies.
