Scrutiny Of Documents for the post of Mandi Supervisor-cum-Fee Collector, Against Advt. No. 07/2015, Cat No. 17
HSSC has notified that on the basis of Written Examination held on 28.05.2016 for post of Mandi Supervisor-cum-Fee Collector, Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board (HSAMB), Panchkula, Haryana Against Advt. No. 07/2015, Category No.17, The list attached Roll Numbers (in addition to those already shown in the result for scrutiny of Documents dated 29.10.2017), are also called for Scrutiny of Documents to ascertain the eligible candidates.
Scrutiny of Documents Schedule-
The Scrutiny of Documents of the above candidates will be held on 30.04.2018 and 01.05.2018 in HUDA Field Hostel, Sector-6, Panchkula (Adjoining Laxmi Narayan Mandir ), as per schedule to be notified shortly.
Candidates should bring all original documents, set of self attested copies of all documents, one Id Proof and self attested copy of downloaded application form.

Note-
The candidates who were absent for Scrutiny of Documents on 06.11.2017 and 20.11.2017 for the above said post, who consider themselves eligible, may also come for Scrutiny of Documents on 01.05.2018 in HUDA Field Hostel, Sector-6, Panchkula (Adjoining Laxmi Narayan Mandir ).
It is important to note that after the Scrutiny of Documents if a candidate is found eligible it will not confer any right of interview and candidates only falling within twice the number of vacancies shall be called for interview.In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of documents he/she will not be considered for Viva-Voce/Interview and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
