Qualifications-
1. For Grade-II (DASS) Services Department
Essential-
Degree from a recognized university in Arts/Commerce/Science or Agriculture.
Desirable-Knowledge of Hindi.
Pay Scale-
9300-34800 + Grade Pay 4600 (Level 07 of the Pay Matrix i.e. Rs. 44900- 142400) Group: ‘C’
Age Limit- 20-32 years. Age Relaxation will be given as per norms.
2. For Pharmacist(Homeopathic) Dte. Of Ayush-
Essential-
1. 10+2 with Science Subject.
2. Diploma in Homoeopathy pharmacy of not less than two years from a Government Board/institution.
Pay Scale- 5200-20200 + Grade Pay 2800 Group: ‘C’
Age Limit- Not exceeding 27 years. Age Relaxation will be given as per norms
3. For Legal Assistant Dte. of Education-
Essential:-
1. Bachelor degree in any subject with Bachelor’s in Law from a recognized university/institute.
OR
2. Five years intergrated graduate degree in Law from a recognized university/institute.
Desirable:-
Two years experience as Legal Practitioner or experience in handling legal work in a Govt. department.
Pay Scale:- 9300-34800 + Grade Pay 4200 Group: ‘B’
Age Limit:- Not exceeding 30 years, Age Relaxation will be given as per norms
4. For Asstt. Superintendent Prison-
Essential:-
Bachelor degree from a recognized university.
Physical Standard Essential:-
Male Chest:- 32” (Girth) Height:- 5’6” (For Gorkhas & Dogras: 5’ 41/2’’) No relaxation permissible for physical standards
Female Height:- 5’0’’
Physical Endurance Test
Essential-
Male- 1600 meters race in 06 minutes and 30 seconds.
Note:-
Those who qualify in the race shall be further eligible to appear in the following test:-
(i) High Jump:- 3’6’’ (to be achieved in any one of the three chances that will be given).
(ii) Broad/Long Jump:- 13.0 feet (to be achieved in any one of the three chances that will be given). Female- 800 meters race in 04 minutes and 30 seconds.
Note:-
Those who qualify in the race shall be further eligible to appear in the following test:-
(i) High Jump:- 3.0 feet (to be achieved in any one of the three chances that will be given).
(ii) Broad/Long Jump:- 9.0 feet (to be achieved in any one of the three chances that will be given). Note:-
There would be no appeal against the PET. During PET, a check will also be made for any defect or deformity (including bow-legged, knock-knees, flat-feet etc.) which would render candidate ineligible for recruitment.
Pay Scale:- 5200-20200 + Grade Pay 2800 Group: ‘C’
Age Limit:- 18-27 years, Age Relaxation will be given as per norms
5. For Matron (Only for Female) Prison-
Essential:-
10+2 (senior Secondary pass from a recognized Board.
Physical Standard Essential:-
1. Height:- 157 Cms. (relaxable by 5 Cms. For candidates belonging to Gorkhas/Garhwalis /Dogras and Scheduled Tribes).
2. Sound state of health, free from defect/deformity/disease, vision 6/6 without glass both eyes, free from colorblindness. No relaxation permissible for physical standards
Physical Endurance Test-
Essential- 800 meters race in 04 minutes.
Note:-
Those who qualify in the race shall be further eligible to appear in the following test:-
(i) High Jump:- 3.0 feet (qualifying in three chances).
(ii) Broad/Long Jump:- 9.0 feet (qualifying in three chances).
Note:-
There would be no appeal against the PET. During PET, a check will also be made for any defect or deformity (including bow-legged, knock-knees, flat-feet etc.) which would render candidate ineligible for recruitment.

Age Limit:- 18-27 years, Age Relaxation will be given as per norms
6. For Warder (only for Male) Prison-
Essential:-
10+2 (senior Secondary pass from a recognized Board.
Physical Standard
Essential:-
1. Height:- 170 Cms. (relaxable by 5 Cms. For candidates belonging to Gorkhas/Garhwalis/Dogras and Scheduled Tribes).
2. Chest:- Normal 81-85 Cms (relaxable by 5 Cms for candidates belonging to Gorkhas/Garhwalis/Dogras and Scheduled Tribes) and expandable by 5 Cms.
3. Sound state of health, free from defect/deformity/disease, vision 6/6 without glass both eyes, free from colorblindness. No relaxation permissible for physical standards
Physical Endurance Test-
Essential- 1600 meters race in 06 minutes.
Note:-
Those who qualify in the race shall be further eligible to appear in the following test:-
(iii) High Jump:- 3 feet 9 inch (qualifying in three chances).
(iv) Broad/Long Jump:- 13 feet (qualifying in three chances).
Note:-
There would be no appeal against the PET. During PET, a check will also be made for any defect or deformity (including bow-legged, knock-knees, flat-feet etc.) which would render candidate ineligible for recruitment.

EXAMINATION FEES AND MODE OF PAYMENT:
₹ 100/- (One Hundred only)
a) Women candidates and candidates belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Physically Handicapped & Ex-serviceman category are exempted from paying Application fee.
b) Ex-servicemen who have already secured employment in civil side under Central Government on regular basis after availing of the benefits of reservation given to ex-servicemen for their re-employment are NOT eligible for fee concession.
c) The candidates submitting their application online should pay the requisite fees only through SBI e-pay. Other mode of payment will not be considered and the application of such candidates will be rejected outrightly and payment made shall stand forfeited.
MODE OF SELECTION:
The selection shall be made through One Tier and Two Tier examination scheme and Skill Test wherever applicable.
