Assistant Engineer Recruitment/ Screening Tests Schedule, Admit Card & Question Paper Pattern
Haryana Public Service Commission will conduct the Recruitment/ Screening Tests for the posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical) in Irrigation Department, Haryana (Advertisement No. 8 (7) of 2015), Assistant Engineer (Electrical and Civil) in Haryana Police Housing Corporation Limited (Advertisement No. 3 (i) & (ii) of 2015) and Assistant Town Planner in Town and Country Planning Department, Haryana (Advertisement No. 3 (6) of 2014 & 7 (4) of 2015) on the following dates at various educational institutions at Chandigarh and Panchkula:-
Schedule of Examination-
1. Assistant Engineer (Civil) in Irrigation Department on 07.10.2017 (Saturday) from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon at Chandigarh
2. Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) in Irrigation Department on 15.10.2017 (Sunday) from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon at Pancllrkula
3. Assistant Engineer (Electrical) in Haryana Police Housing Corporation Limited on 15.10.2017 (Sunday) from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon at Panclilkula
4. Assistant Engineer (Civil) in Haryana Police Housing Corporation Limited on 15.10.2017 (Sunday) from 02:00 P.M. to 04:00 P.M. at Panclltkula
5. Assistant Engineer (Electrical) in lrrigation Department on 15.10.2017 (Sunday) from 02:00 P.M. to 04:00 P.M. at Panchkula
6. Assistant Town Planner in Town and Country Planning Department, Haryana on 15.10.2017 (Sunday) from 02:00 P.M. to 04:00 P.M. at Panclgkula
Admit Cards-
The Admit cards for Screening Tests will be available on Commission's website www.hpsconline.in from 25.09.2017 and candidates can download the same from the given date.
Admit cards are not being sent separately to individual candidates.
The candidates who may find any error which is attributable to the Commission, with respect to their Name, Father's Name, Category, Date of Birth etc. in their Admit Cards, can contact the Commission's office "in person or on telephone No. 0172-2560754 or through E-Mail at ae.photosign@gmail.com upto 03,10.2017 for necessary rectifications in the Admit Card.
It is made clear that any error committed by the applicant himself / herself at the time of filling the application form will not be rectified.
No request for correction after 03.10.2017 will be entertained by the Commission and the candidate shall be solely responsible for it.
Question Paper Pattern-
The Question Papers of all the above tests will be comprising of 100 Multiple Choice Questions in English language only.
Note-
1. A Physically Handicapped candidate, who wants the help of a scribe for writing his/her papers, should apply to the Commission for seeking permission of having a scribe at least 10 days before the commencement of the Examination. No such permission shall be granted by the Centre Supervisor,
2. Candidates are directed that they should download the admit card on A-4 size paper so that their photos & other particulars can easily be seen / verified. Candidates having small size Admit Cards with illegible photos / signatures will not be allowed to enter in the Examination centre.
3. For those candidates who have not uploaded their required size of photograph and signature on their online application forms, a note to this effect will be displayed on the website st the time of downloading of admit card. Saclt candidates are required to submit their photograph and signature either in person in tlte Commission's office or send tlte same through the E-Mail i,e. ae.photosign@gmail.com upto 03.10.2017 failing which they will not be in a position to download their admit card.
