HARYANA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION invites online application from the eligible candidates for recruitment to 180 temporary posts of Assistant District Attorney in Prosecution, Haryana. The breakup of the posts is as under:-
1. Assistant District Attorney (Group ‘B’) in Prosecution, Haryana.
Number of Posts- 180 (Gen- 96, SC of Haryana- 40, BC-A of Haryana- 22, BC-B of Haryana- 12, ESM of Haryana- 10)
Note-
Candidates are not required to send hard copy of their online application forms or any other documents to the Commission. If any candidate sends hard copy of his/her online application form, the same will not be entertained by the Commission. However, the candidate have to retain the hard copies of their online application form for their record/or asked by the Commission at any later stage.

Closing date for deposit of cost of application form in any branch of State bank of India : 14.06.2017 upto 04:00 P.M
Application Fee-
The online application fees which is payable at all branches of and State Bank of India, is as under :-
Categories of Candidates Fees
1. (i) For Male Candidates of General Category including Dependent Sons of Ex-Servicemen of Haryana- Rs. 500/
(ii) For Male candidates of all reserved categories of other States- Rs. 500/
2. For Female candidates of all (General and Reserved) categories of all states. Rs. 125/-
3. For Male candidates of SC/ BC/ EBP Gen./ESM categories of Haryana only. Rs. 125/-
4. For all Physically Handicapped candidates (with at least 40% disability) categories of Haryana only. Nil
Scale of Pay :
Pay band -2 -9300-34800+ Rs. 4600/- Grade Pay + 200 Special Pay.
Age :
A Candidate should not below 21 years and not more than 42 years of age as on 08.06.2017 (Closing date).
Upper age limit is relaxable as per norms.
Essential Qualifications for the post of Assistant District Attorney in Prosecution, Haryana.
(i) Degree of Bachelor of Laws (Professional) of a recognized University.
(ii) Should have enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council.
(iii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard or higher.
