Staff Nurse Result for Central Government Hospitals in Delhi on behalf of DGHS,MOHFW, Government of India, New Delhi
AIIMS, New Delhi has notified that the following is the Roll Number wise list of Provisionally Selected Candidates, on the basis of Scheme of Examination uploaded on the website and Online CBT Examination held on 22-01-2017 for recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse for Central Government Hospitals in Delhi, on behalf of DGHS, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India, New Delhi. The examination was conducted in accordance with the directions received from DGHS, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare vide letter No. A-12026/3/2013-MH-1 dated 21.09.2016 for the below mentioned posts (Hospital wise).
IMPORTANT:
1. The tie cases were resolved using date of birth (as uploaded in the Scheme of Examination on the website before conduction of Examination). However, even after, the tie cases were not resolved then the following formula was adopted to resolve the pending tie cases with due approval from the competent authority. (i) If the marks and date of birth of the candidate was same, then the candidate who had less negative marks wasplaced above the candidate with more negative marks. (ii) If even after (i), the tie cases were not resolved then candidate with higher qualification was placed above candidate with lower qualification.
2. All reserved category candidates who qualified in the merit for UR vacancy, were treated as UR provided any relaxation, as applicable for the particular category was not claimed.
3. Candidates were allocated hospitals as per merit list, the vacancies available in a particular hospital and the choice opted by the candidate. All vacancies were filled first in the hospital which was the first choice of candidates and if at that merit the first choice was not available, then subsequent choices were considered. The same method for allocation of hospitals was followed forUR, SC, ST and OBC posts. 8 STAFF NURSE – 2017 DGHS
4. Those candidates who had not filled the hospital choice at the time of filling choice option, were allocated hospitals on random basis based on the vacancies remaining after all those candidates who had exercised their choice were accommodated in the respective hospitals.
5. The category candidates who have claimed any relaxation as applicable to the particular category are placed in merit of their respective category. These candidates have been indicated by (*) in rank column.
6. The last date for submission of application was 13th January 2015 and the entries made by the candidate in the online registration were treated as final and no change was considered after that date.
7. This result is provisional subject to fulfillment of the eligibility conditions as laid down in the advertisement.
8. The individual Marks of all the candidates who have appeared in the above mentioned Examination is available on the website i.e. www.aiimsexams.org. Please note that inclusion in the list cannot be claimed as right to employment to the post of Staff Nurse for Central Government Hospitals in Delhi. The DGHS, MOHFW, Govt. of India, New Delhi reserves the right to use or not to use the above list.
9. The appointment of the provisionally selected candidate will be strictly subject to verification of all original certificates of the candidate. All original certificates and eligibility criteria will be verified by the DGHS, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare or competent authority decided by the DGHS, MOHFW, Govt. of India New Delhi.
10. The candidature of category candidates shall be as per Govt. of India rules
