Result of Written Examination and Notice for Scrutiny of Documents before interview for the posts of Dispenser (Ayurveda), LDC & UDC (UHBVNL/DHBVNL) Advt. No. 11/2015 & 3/2016 Cat 11,03,02
HSSC has notified that on the basis of Written Examination held on 31.07.2016 and 23.06.2016 for the posts of DISPENSER (AYURVEDA), UPPER DIVISIONAL CLERK ( UDC ) AND LOWER DIVISIONAL CLERK ( LDC ) , FOR AYUSH DEPARTMENT, Haryana & Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited/Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited ( UHBVNL/DHBVNL ) , Advt. No. 11/2015 AND 3/2016 Category 11, 02 & 03 respectively, the candidates bearing Roll Nos. in the list have been called for Scrutiny of Documents from 07.03.2017 to 10.03.2017 in the Commission office provisionally to ascertain two times eligible candidates against the advertised posts and further subject to the fulfillment of their eligibility conditions as per respective advertisement and service rules. The interview of the two times Eligible candidates from top of the merit list of the written examination will also be held from 16.03.2017 to 18.03.2017 in the Commission office.
Scrutiny of Documents-
The Scrutiny of Documents of the selected candidates will be held from 07.03.2017 to 10.03.2017 in the Commission office Bays No. 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula.
Candidates are also directed to bring all original documents, set of attested copies of all documents, one Id Proof and self attested copy of downloaded application form.
The Interview of two times Eligible candidates against the advertised posts will be held From 16.03.2017 to 18.03.2017 in the Commission office .
Admit cards-
The Roll Nos of the eligible candidates equal to two times the advertised posts, who will be eligible for interview, will be available on the website of HSSC on 14.03.2017.
NOTE:-
1. In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of Documents he/she will not be considered for Viva-Voce/interview and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
2. It is important to note that after the scrutiny of documents if a candidate is found eligible it will not confer any right of interview and candidates only falling within twice the number of vacancies shall be called for interview.
