No.4/2015 & 4/2016 Cat 02, 06, 12, 16 & 01
HSSC has notified that on the basis of Written Examination held on 16.06.2016, 15.06.2016 and 24.07.2016 for the posts of PGT CHEMISTRY (REST OF HARYANA), PGT GEOGRAPHY (REST OF HARYANA), PGT PHYSICS (REST OF HARYANA), PGT SANSKRIT (REST OF HARYANA) AND TGT PUNJABI (REST OF HARYANA), Secondary Education Department AND Elementary Education Department, Haryana Against Advt. No. 04/2015 and 04/2016 , Category No. 02, 06, 12, 16 and Category No. 01 respectively, the candidates list enclosed have been called for Scrutiny of Documents (As Per Schedule Given Below) provisionally to ascertain two times eligible candidates against the advertised posts and further subject to the fulfillment of their eligibility conditions as per respective advertisement and service rules.
Scrutiny of Documents-
The Scrutiny of Documents of the above candidates will be held from 11.04.2017 to 26.04.2017 in the Commission office Bays No. 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula. Candidates are also directed to bring all original documents, set of attested copies of all documents , one Id Proof and self attestted copy of downloaded application form.

NOTE:-
1. In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of Documents, he/she will not be considered for Viva-Voce/interview and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
2. The result of SBC/BC(C) category has been withheld as per letter no. 42/187/2015-5GSI Dated:25.08.2016 issued by chief secretary, Government of Haryana in view of directions of the Hon'ble High Court that no appointments in service shall be made on the basis of the provision of the Haryana Backward Classes (Reservation in services and admissions in educational insitutions) Act 2016 to the castes mentioned in schedule-III i.e. Backward Class Block 'C'. The SBC/BC(C) Category candidates,except those who have availed the benefit of age relaxation,have been considered against general vacancies
3. It is important to note that after the scrutiny of documents, if a candidate is found eligible it will not confer any right of interview and candidates only falling within twice the number of vacancies shall be called for interview.
