Scrutiny of documents for the post of Junior Engineer Civil ( Public Health Engineering) Advt. No. 2/2015 Cat 09
HSSC has notified that in compliance of Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court orders dated 15.11.2016 passed in CWP No.22746 of 2016 (O&M) titled as Satish Kumar Malik & Ors V/s State of Haryana & Ors, the Commission has decided to call candidates for Scrutiny of Documents.
The following Roll Numbers(in addition to those already shown in the result and addendum dated 18.10.2016 and Notice for Scrutiny of Documents dated 26.11.2016) for the posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) Cat. No.09, Public Health Engineering Department , Haryana Advt. No. 2/2015, are also called for Scrutiny of Documents on 30.12.2016 to asertain the eligible candidates.

Schedule of Scrutiny-
The Scrutiny of Documents of the above candidates will be held on 30.12.2016.
The candidates are advised to report at 09.00 A.M. in the Commission office Bays No. 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula.
They are also directed to bring all original documents, set of attested copies of all documents and self attested copy of downloaded Application Form.
The candidates who were absent for Viva-Voce/Interview on 16.11.2016 and were also absent for Scrutiny of Documents on 02.12.2016 for the above said post, who consider themselves eligible, may also come for Scrutiny of Documents on 30.12.2016 in the Commission office Bays No. 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula.
It is important to note that after the Scrutiny of Documents if a candidate is found eligible it will not confer any right of interview and candidates only falling within twice the number of vacancies shall be called for interview.In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of documents he/she will not be considered for Viva-Voce/Interview and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
