Scrutiny of documents for the post of JE Electrical, JE Civil, JE Horticulture Advt. No. 2/2015 Cat. 5, 7 & 8
HSSC has notified that in compliance of Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court orders dated 15.11.2016 passed in CWP No.22746 of 2016 (O&M) titled as Satish Kumar Malik & Ors V/s State of Haryana & Ors, the Commission has decided to call candidates for scrutiny of documents.
The following Roll Numbers(in addition to those already shown in the result dated 10.11.2016 and result dated 11.11.2016 and Notice for Scrutiny of Documents dated 26.11.2016) for the posts of Junior Engineer (Electrical) Cat. No.05, Junior Engineer(Civil) Cat. No. 07 , Junior Engineer (Horticulture) Cat. No. 08 , PWD (B & R) Department ,Haryana Advt. No. 2/2015, are also called for scrutiny of documents on 29.12.2016 to asertain the eligible candidates.

The scrutiny of documents of the above candidates will be held on 29.12.2016.
The candidates are advised to report at 09.00 A.M. in the Commission office Bays No. 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula.
They are also directed to bring all original documents, set of attested copies of all documents and self attested copy of downloaded Application Form.
The candidates who were absent for scrutiny of documents on 02.12.2016 for the above said posts, who consider themselves eligible, may also come for scrutiny of documents on 29.12.2016 in the Commission office Bays No. 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula.
It is important to note that after the scrutiny of documents if a candidate is found eligible it will not confer any right of interview and candidates only falling within twice the number of vacancies shall be called for interview. In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of documents he/she will not be considered for Viva-Voce/Interview and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
If it is found that candidates twice the number of vacancies are not eligible from amongest the above list then the Commission may Publish another list for scrutiny of documents.
