HARYANA STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION
NOTICE FOR SCRUTINY OF DOCUMENTS PGT (MATHS.) advt. 4/2015 Cat.10
HSSC has notified that in Compliance of Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court order dated 15.11.2016 passed in CWP No.22740 of 2016 (O&M) titled as Satish Kumar Malik & ors V/s State of Haryana & ors, the Commission has decided to call candidates for scrutiny of documents equal to four times the number of advertised vacancies from the top of the merit list of written examination.
The roll No of the candidates called for scrutiny of documents for the post of PGT Mathematics, Advt. No.4/2015 Cat No.10 is available on the official web-site of Commission i.e. www.hssc.gov.in.
After the scrutiny of documents, the candidates twice the number of vacancies who fulfill all the eligibility conditions laid in the advertisement and mentioned below will only be called for Viva-voce/Interview.
Eligibility:-
(a) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject.
(b) Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) of respective subject for the post applied, conducted by Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani.
Note- The candidates those who are having/passed HTET till the date of interview after advertisement will be allowed for interview on the basis of acquiring HTET (Test) till the date of interview.
(c) Consistent good academic record. (Good Academic Record as per Corrigendum dated.1.9.2016) As per Director Secondary Education vide memo No. 8/6-2015-CO.(1) dated 22.08.2016 “(iii) that in case of direct recruitment ‘Good Academic Record’ means the candidate having 50% marks after taking average of all examination i.e. 10th/12th/Graduation/Post Graduation as the case may be. However, the candidate must have atleast 50% marks in the Post Graduation.”
E.Q. M.A. Mathematics/M. Sc. Mathematics/Applied Mathematics with Mathematics as one of the subject at Graduation level with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. from recognized university.

Important-
In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of documents he/she will not be considered for Viva-Voce/Interview and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
Note:-
1 The candidates who were absent for Viva-voce/Interview from 7.11.2016 to 10.11.2016 for the post of PGT Mathematics advt. No.4/2015 Cat No.10, who consider themselves eligible, may also come for scrutiny of documents on 01.12.2016.
2. It is important to note that after the scrutiny of documents if a candidate is found eligible it will not confer any right of interview and candidates only falling within twice the number of vacancies above shall be called for interview.
3. If it is found that candidate twice the number of vacancies are not eligible from amongst the above list then he Commission may publish another list for scrutiny of documents.
