Application fee-
1. General Candidate is Rs. 300/- (Three Hundred only)
2. Women Rs. 150/- (One Hundred fifty only)

Minimum age as on 01.10.2016:
18 years and maximum 42 years;
2 Relaxation in age will be given as per Government of Haryana instructions of different categories
such as BCA, BCB, SC, Ex-servicemen, Widow/deserted/legally separated women by 5 years;
Qualification-
For Technical
Assistant
(i) B.Sc. Medical Technology.
(ii) Two year experience in a Medical College/Department/Hospital as Technical Assistant.
Desirable:
Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Word, MS Office, Excel, Internet etc. A proficiency test will be
held to assess the same.
OR
(i) Matric with Science (Physics and Chemistry) with Diploma in Lab. Tech. Course having atleast 5 years experience as
Lab. Tech. in a reputed Laboratory.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matrict.
Desirable:
Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Word, MS Office, Excel, Internet etc. A proficiency test will be
held to assess the same.
For Lab.
Technician
(i) B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT).
(iii) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
Desirable:
Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Word, MS Office, Excel, Internet etc. A proficiency test will be
held to assess the same.
For Lab Attendant-
(i) Matric/10th of 10+2 System with Hindi/Sanskrit & Science as essential subjects from recognized board.
(ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology of two years duration from a Institution recognized by Haryana Govt. or
ACITE.
Desirable:
Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Word, MS Office, Excel, Internet etc. A proficiency test will be
held to assess the same
For Staff Nurse-
(i) Matriculation or its equivelent from a recognized university/board with Hindi/Sanskrit as a compulsory subject.
(ii) Certificate in General Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized Institue or equivelent qualification from a Institution
recognized by the Indian Nursing Counsil.
Desirable:
Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Word, MS Office, Excel, Internet etc. A proficiency test will be
held to assess the same.
OR
(i) Any recognized higher qualification (B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing).
(ii) Should be registered A- Grade Nurse with Midwifery with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.

Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Word, MS Office, Excel, Internet etc. A proficiency test will be
held to assess the same.
For Clerk-
(i) 10+2.
(ii) Candidates will have to pass State Eligibility Test in Computer Application and Appreciation (SETC), which should
be post requisit conditions of the qualifications and all the newly appointed shall have to qualify the SETC in the Govt.
Department/Organization. They will not be entitled for annual increment until they qualify the SETC test during the
probation period, if they fail to do so the services can be dispensed with.
(iii) Syllabus for the SETC, would contain word processing, internet browing and e-mail management only.
(iv) Type test of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi/Sanskrit.
(v) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.
Desirable:
Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Word, MS Office, Excel, Internet etc. A proficiency test will be
held to assess the same.
For Class-IV
(i) Middle with knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit .
