Admission Notice 2016-20
Integrated Bachelor of Education Programme (Four Year Course)
Prarambh, School for Teacher Education, Jhajjar, Haryana (henceforth referred to as Prarambh) invites on-line applications for admission in a four year Integrated Bachelor of Education Degree Course, in the following streams:
1. Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Education- 30 seats 2. Bachelor of Science + Bachelor of Education-7O seats
The course will be taught as per scheme of studies approved by the Maharshi Dayanand University' Rohtak, Haryana and National council for Teacher Education (NCTE)
Application Fee-
The Entrance Examination fee is Rs.80O/-for General and OBC category. Rs' 400/- for SC and differently abled candidates of Haryana.
How to apply-
All applications for B.sc. B.Ed. and B.A. B.Ed.Course have to be submitted online at www.rieajmer.raj.nic.in

Start of Online Application- 14th March, 2016
Last date to apply- 13th May, 2016
Downloading of Admit Card- 18th May, 2016 to 10th June, 2016
Date of Common Entrance Examination (CEE)-2015- 19th June, 2016.
Declaration of Result 2nd Week of July, 2016
ELIGIBILITY-
Eligibility for B.Sc.B.Ed Course-
1. Candidate seeking admission to Physical Science Group must have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) (Mathematics includes Mathematics or Statistics) and those seeking admission to Biological Science Group (CBZ) must have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) (Biology includes Biology or Biotechnology) at +2 level.
2. Candidates must have passed +2 /Hr. Sec./ Sr. Sec. or any equivalent examination recognised by University/ Board with at least 60% marks.The examination should be recognised by MDU Rohtak, the affiliating university of Prarambh.
3. Candidates who have passed+2 or any equivalent examination in 2014, 2015 or appearing /appeared in 2016 only.
Eligibility for B.A. B.Ed. Course
Candidates must have passed Hr.secondary/sr. secondary or equivalent examination in Science, Arts and commerce streams with at least 60% marks in 2014, 2015 or appearing /appeared in 2016. The examination should be recognized by MDU Rohtak, the affiliating University of Prarambh.
Common Entrance Examination-
A Common Entrance Examination for admission to a four year integrated Bachelor of Education Degree will be held as per schedule. Keeping in view the rationale and objectives of establishing this premier institute and ensuring quality education the following will be the minimum qualifying criteria in all the disciplines in the common Entrance Examination.
1. Scheduled Castes candidates - 40% marks
2. other Candidates comprising of open category, other Backward Classes, and Physical Challenged - 45% marks.
Note-
Candidates who wish to apply for this four year integrated course will have to appear in the common Entrance Examination (CEE) 2016, being conducted by Regional Institute of Education, Ajmer, the details of which is available on the website http://www.rieajmer.raj.nic.in/ For admission in the four-year integrated Course of Prarambh, a separate merit list will be drawn up from amongst candidates, who are appearing in the Combined Entrance examination 201-6, being conducted by Regional Institute of Education, Ajmer and who fulfill all the eligibility conditions laid down by Prarambh, School for Teacher Education, Jhajjar, Haryana, and have given their option for seeking admission in Prarambh. In case of any change in schedule, the same will be notified only on the website http://www.rieaimer.raj.nic.in/.
RESERVATION-
Reservation in admission would be as per Government of Haryana instructions. It is further made clear that benefit of reservation will be given to the candidates who are domiciled of Haryana.
