Reference Haryana Staff Selection Commission written examination notice dated 20.10.2015 for the post of Art & Craft Teacher against Advt. No. 6/2006, Category No. 22 which was held/issued on 29.11.2015 in compliance of orders dated 20.02.2015 passed by the Hon'ble High Court in CWP No. 18482 of 2010 and thereafter re-examination notice dated 11.04.2017 (Which could not be held). And whereas Division Bench of Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana, High Court vide order dated 10.11.2020 dismissed LPA No. 359 of 2015 (O & M) titled as Vinod Kumar & Others V/S State of Haryana &Others and directed that the judgment rendered by Supreme Court in Ramjit Singh Kardam's case (PTI Case) would certainly apply in the present case as well and now the SLP filed against the said judgment has also been dismissed. Now, therefore, it is notified for the information of all concerned who had earlier applied for the post of Art & Crafts Teachers against Advt. No. 6/2006, Cat. No. 22, that the Haryana Staff Selection Commission will conduct examination for 816 posts of Art & Craft Teacher advertised vide Advt. no. 6/2006, Cat. No. 22 on dated 31.01.2021 (Sunday) from 10:30 A.M. to 11:45 A.M. as per schedule given below:-

Selection Criteria
Total Marks: 225
I. Written Examination- 200 Marks
II. Viva-Voce/Interview- 25 Marks
Syllabus/ Paper Pattern-
The written examination for the above post will comprise of 100 multiple choice questions and divided into two portions comprising:-
A). There will be 100 objective type multiple choice questions (60 questions relating to
academic knowledge of the respective subject for which candidates is appearing in the test
and 40 questions relating to General Knowledge, General English & Hindi upto Matric
Standard. Each question will carry two marks).
B). The candidates will have to secure the minimum qualifying marks in the written
test as mentioned below:-
a) General Category - 50%
b) SC, BC - 45%
c) ESM - 40%
d) DESM and Outstanding sports persons – As for General, SC, BC candidates as the
case may be
Candidates equal to three times of the number of vacancies will be called for interview based on their performance in the written test. The total marks obtained in the written test and viva-voce will determine the merit of the candidates in their respective categories. A list of candidates who had applied against Advertisement. No. 06/2006, Cat No. 22 is available on the web-site of HSSC i.e. www.hssc.gov.in. The candidates are advised to go through the list before downloading the Admit card. If any candidate does not find mention name in the list he/she shall approach the Commission’s office till 06.01.2021 with original fee proof/Roll No. Slip etc. for the post of Art & Crafts Teacher against Advt. No. 06/2006, Cat No. 22.

Urgent Notice dated 21.01.2021
HSSC has notified that candidates who had applied against advertisement No. 06/2006, Cat No.
22 (list available on website of Commission) shall fill/upload their required details
including Photograph and signature on the link i.e., ‘click here for Art & Crafts Teacher’ available on website of Commission from 22.01.2021 to 25.01.2021 after
which link will be disabled.
Candidates shall enter their personal mobile number
wherever asked for as without OTP admit cards will not be generated.
Candidates must upload their recent photograph and signature using the
above mentioned link failing which admit cards cannot be downloaded.

Roll Number Allocation List For The Post of Art and Craft Teacher
It is hereby informed that the written examination fixed for 31st January,
2021 by HSSC for the post of Art and Crafts Teacher (Morning Session) and
Pharmacist (Evening Session) shall be held as scheduled. Candidates can see their
Roll Numbers and Centre details at www.hssc.gov.in and download their Roll Number
from the nearest Cyber Cafe.

Scrutiny of Documents Schedule Art & Crafts Teacher
The Scrutiny of Documents of the above candidates will be held From 01.03.2021 to 03.03.2021 as per schedule to be notified shortly on Commission's Website i.e. www.hssc.gov.in.

Required Documents for Scrutiny
Candidates are directed to bring all original documents, set of attested copies of all documents, filled Scrutiny form, one Id Proof and self attested copy of downloaded application form.
Note-
It is important to note that after the scrutiny of documents, if a candidate is found eligible it will not confer any right of interview and candidates only falling within thrice the number of vacancies shall be called for interview.
Old Post
Pursuant to the orders dated 20.02.2015 passed by the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court to hold selection in accordance with law in CWP No. 18482 (O&M) of 2010, titled as Suman Kumari V/s State of Haryana and others, it is notified for the information of all concerned applicants who had earlier applied for the post of Art & Craft Teacher against Advt. No. 6/2006, Cat No. 22 that in accordance with the directions, the Haryana Staff Selection Commission will hold written examination for 816 posts of Art & Craft Teacher against Advt. No. 6/2006, Cat No.22 as per schedule given below, however the process will be subject to the final outcome of CM No. 1387 -LPA of 2015 and LPA No. 452 of 2015 or any other court proceedings.

Scheme of Examination-

Admit Cards-
Admit Card for written examination of the candidates will be uploaded on the Commission Website i.e. www.hssc.gov.in The candidates can download the admit cards from the Commission Web-site from 23rd November, 2015 onwards.
Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the Admit Card very carefully and follow the same strictly to avoid any adverse consequences.
No separate information will be sent to the candidates by the Commission through post.
