Online applications are invited for direct recruitment of under mentioned categories of posts using the website of HARYANA STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION i.e. www.hssc.gov.in.
The printed copy of the online application form with necessary certificates must be brought at the time of verification/scrutiny-cum-interview.
No offline application form or copy of downloaded application form will be accepted by the office. Qualifications/eligibility conditions, and other documents will be determined with regard to last date fixed to apply online applications also called as closing date i.e.06.10.2015.

1. Height- 5”-8”
2. Chest- 33” & with expansion of 1.5” provided that for the candidates belonging to Ex-Serviceman, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes categories, relaxation in physical standard to the extent of one inch in height and one inch in chest measurement shall be given.

The fee should be deposited through Net banking or e-Challan in any branch of State Bank of India, State Bank of Patiala, Punjab National Bank and IDBI Bank etc.
Note 1.
Some posts were advertised earlier by the then Haryana Police Recruitment Board, Panchkula and recruitment process was started by the Haryana Police Recruitment Board but could not be completed and the same were cancelled by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula vide Cancellation Notice dated 15.7.2015. The candidates who had qualified forinterview against the advertisement No. 2/2013 will also be eligible against the re-advertised posts. The Govt. has decided to give one time relaxation in fee and age to the candidates who had qualified for interview against the Advertisement No. 2/2013 issued by Haryana Police Recruitment Board in the earlier recruitment process and may have now crossed the maximum prescribed age limit to enabling them to participate in the proposed recruitment process. Similarly, one time relaxation has also been accorded to them in height. However, such candidates will have to apply afresh alongwith proof of depositing the application fee. They are required to upload the e-Challan alongwith the fresh application form and will produce the original e-Challan at the time of interview/test/verification.
The Govt. has also decided to give one time relaxation in age to the Ex-Constables of disbanded Haryana State Industrial Security Force (HSISF) to enable them to participate in the proposed recruitment process beside relaxation for qualifying the physical screening test standard equal to the standard prescribed for Ex-Servicemen candidates only during this proposed recruitment process. They are required to upload the discharge order issued by concerned appointing authority.
Selection Process-
A.Physical Screening Test (PST):
All candidates shall be put to a Physical Screening Test carrying maximum of fifteen marks to judge their physical fitness and endurance. The qualifying standards prescribed for this test shall be as under:-
1. For Male
Test distance- 5.0 Kilometer
Qualifying Time- 25 minutes
2. For Female
Test distance- 2.5 Kilometer
Qualifying Time- 15 minutes
3. For Ex.-serviceman and candidates belonging to disbanded Haryana State Industrial Security Force (HSISF)
Test distance- 2.5 Kilometer
Qualifying Time- 13 minutes
B. Knowledge Test (KT):
An objective type Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) based written test of 60 marks shall be conducted of all those candidates who qualify the Physical Screening Test.
C.Physical Measurement Test (PMT):
The candidates after PST, KT and the scrutiny of documents shall undergo Physical Measurement Test as per standard prescribed under Punjab Police Rule 12.15 (2) read with 12.16 (9) (c).
D.Interview-cum-Personality Test:
Candidates shall be called for Interview–cum-Personality Test on the basis of their combined scores in Physical Screening Test + Knowledge Test + Physical Measurement Test upto three times the numbers of vacancies in each category.
The person/applicant who qualifies PST shall be eligible to appear for KT and person qualifying KT shall be eligible for PMT and person qualifying PMT shall only be eligible for IPT.
DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED WITH APPLICATION FORM
i) Scanned Copy of Essential Qualifications i.e. Matric showing Date of Birth and mark sheet of Diploma/Degree etc.
ii) Scanned Copy of valid Eligibility Certificate in case of DESM candidates duly issued by the respective Zila Sainik Board.
iii) Scanned Copy of BCA/BCB/SC/ SBC/EBPG Certificate issued by competent authority.
iv) Scanned Copy of Haryana Domicile Certificate in case of BCA/BCB/SC/ SBC/EBPG/ESM/DESM/DFF issued by competent authority.
v) Scanned Copy of Aadhar Card (Desirable).
vi) Copy of e-Challan in case of candidates who have applied earlier.
vii) Scanned Photographs duly signed by the Candidate.
viii) Scanned signatures of the Candidate.
DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW
i) All original certificates/documents/testimonials of educational qualifications and other documents mentioned in the online applications and one set of self attested copies of all these certificates.
ii) Printed Copy of online application form alongwith latest stamp size photograph duly attested by a gazetted officer and pasted on the application form.
iii) Original proof of earlier fee deposited i.e. Treasury Challan / Credit Certificate issued by concerned treasury etc.
